To ensure your full comfort during your stay in our hotel Troyer, we offer a sauna complex with 3 saunas. Complex is ready not only for the hotel guests, but also for other visitors of the hotel.
We already have all types of saunas in operation, but to maintain hygienic conditions, distances… the sauna will be closed for non-accommodated guests on Friday to Sunday. Thank you for your understanding.
ADVANTAGES OF SAUNA
For centuries, it has been a proven form of relaxation. Sauna can help you reduce stress cause by everyday life, mental exertion or insomnia. Sauna also strengthens immunity of the organism, the skin and body clears off the toxins and thanks to the changes of temperatures it hardens off the body.
Infra sauna is suitable for both sweating and healing procedures. It is suitable even for people treated with high pressure, or for those who do not take high temperatures, such as in the classic sauna, well. It can be recommended for those who suffer from hypertension or diabetes. Infra sauna has overall great healing effects. Infrared heated system has been used in medicine for many years.
Steam sauna is a sauna, which reaches 60°C at maximum with 100% humidity. It is sought out for its positive effect of respiratory system and skin, it helps with regeneration of muscles and helps to reduce the overall tiredness of the organism. Steam sauna is also a great place for relaxation. Humidity causes a lesser stress on the organism and that is why it can be recommended (after a consult with your doctor) to people with health issues, which are unable to go to classic sauna.

Sauna has to be booked at least 45 minutes beforehand. The rental of towel and bathrobe is in price. Outside of the aforementioned opening hours, additional fee 50% of the price is charged. Prices are effective from 3.1.2022.
